1) Design consultation
We meet on site or virtually, talk about how you live and host, review pain points, and sketch out what a transformed space could feel like.
2) Measure and discovery
We take careful measurements, photos, and notes of existing conditions. We also verify appliances, structural constraints, and anything that could affect layout or schedule.
3) Concept and layout options
You get initial layouts and mood ideas that solve how you want to use the space, not just how it looks. We talk flow, sight lines, and how the room will work when friends and family are over.
4) Selections and refined estimate
We walk through finishes, fixtures, and materials with samples so you can see and touch options. We then provide a clear, updated estimate tied to your choices.
5) Detailed drawings and approvals
We produce precise plans, elevations, and shop drawings so fabrication and construction start from an exact blueprint. If permits are needed, we prepare and submit the paperwork.
6) Final proposal and scheduling
Once designs and permits are set, we present a final scope, timeline, and payment schedule. After you approve and sign, we lock in the start date and order long-lead items.
7) Pre-construction and staging
Before we swing a hammer, we protect your home, set up a communication plan, and confirm milestones. You’ll have a single point of contact and regular updates so nothing is left to guesswork.
8) Demo and construction
We handle demolition, structural work, rough plumbing and electrical, and all the build phases with trusted trades and on-site oversight. Progress updates keep you in the loop without the stress.
9) Punch list, final walk-through, and handover
We walk the space with you, complete any final items and deep clean. At this time, we’ll also provide care instructions, warranty info, and a plan for follow up.
10) Aftercare and ongoing support
We check in after you’ve used the space, address any questions, and stand behind our work. If something needs our attention, we respond quickly so your space keeps feeling as good as the day it was finished.
